Closing Cost Calculator added to "downloads" section.

My "closing cost calculator" has been added to the "downloads" section, under "calculators." The calculator, which has always been popular with my associates and co-workers, is now available for anyone who wants to use it.

For those unfamiliar with it, the spreadsheet allows you to quickly estimate closing costs for buyers & sellers of New York City real estate.

Please let me know if you find an error in any of my calculations, and as always, USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK.
