Silly DISCLAIMER: The information contained in this website (hereinafter “web site," "site," "the site," "the website," (but never "domain" or "the domain," or sometimes, for sake of convenience and to avoid confusion, "this site" but not "that site") and in any files attached or embedded hereto may be legally privileged or private in nature. Or maybe not - it's never easy to tell.  The news, stories, views, and content are those of the authors and do not represent legal advice - even if they are labeled as legal advice.  It doesn't make sense, I know. But, if you are seeking legal advice you should call Peter J. Weinman at 718-442-2010.  If you are seeking free legal advice, call the Richmond County Bar Association's Referral service at 718-442-4500. If you ended up on this site in error, please (and in this order, which is very important) notify me, click the "back" button on your browser, then immediately wipe from your memory any residual information that may have been retained. In fact, it would be best if you would simply forget about the entire incident as though it never occurred. (Note: If you were to wipe the incident from your memory first, you’d be unable to click the back button because you would not remember to do so - so that’s why the order is so important). You probably think this is a joke, but it’s not.  Failure to heed this warning will almost certainly result in bad Karma and may also result in an audit by the IRS.  In either event, I would not mess around because this is serious business and nothing at all to laugh about. Cliff Roberts, of Chicago, Illinois, laughed at this warning, and within ten days, he was audited. Then, he lost his job. To top it off, his dog died a month later. Now, I admit this is an isolated incident, and your results may vary, but needless to say, Cliff’s not laughing anymore. I’m now happy to provide the public service announcement portion of my silly disclaimer. Did you know that a watched pot never boils and that a stitch in time saves nine?  Or that a rolling stone gathers no moss?  You know, I have actually tested these and the truth is that a watched pot will eventually boil but watching it just makes it seem like it takes longer.  Moreover, a stitch in time only saves, on average, seven. I tested the theory, so I know. I think they say nine simply because nine rhymes better with the word time than seven.  But, the one about a rolling stone gathering no moss is actually one hundred percent true.  Honestly, I must admit that I am surprised you are still reading this silly website footnote. I'm also surprised you could read it because I made it so small. You must either be very bored or else you have a lot of patience. Maybe both. Certainly, you have good eyesight. Personally, I normally don’t pay much attention to these types of footnotes and disclaimers so I am quite impressed that you took the time and for that I commend you.  I never actually anticipated anyone would ever get this far into my silly ramblings and I only wish I had something more meaningful or amusing to say. Oh yeah, you can check out our super top-secret, special, hidden page by clicking here. Thank you for bearing with me and for sticking it out to the end.
